Earth Hour: TNB catat kejatuhan guna tenaga

KUALA LUMPUR 30 Mac - Tenaga Nasional Bhd. (TNB) hari ini berkata, ia menerima kenyataan bahawa kempen Earth Hour bertujuan baik walaupun penggunaan tenaga elektrik jatuh sebanyak 550 megawatt (mw), bersamaan dengan 14 juta mentol kalimantang yang berkuasa 40watt setiap satu.

"Sementara penurunan kecil dalam permintaan akan menyebabkan sedikit kekurangan dalam hasil, kami menerima kenyataan bahawa kempen itu mempunyai tujuan yang baik," kata Presiden dan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutifnya, Datuk Seri Che Khalib Mohamad Noh dalam satu kenyataan di sini hari ini.

Katanya, semasa tempoh sejam inisiatif pemeliharaan tenaga (8.30 malam hingga 9.30 malam) Sabtu lepas, kakitangan TNB sentiasa berwaspada terhadap sebarang masalah operasi.

"Semuanya berjalan lancar dan kami mampu memberikan reaksi kepada permintaan yang sedikit rendah tanpa menimbulkan gangguan dalam operasi." katanya.

Katanya, TNB tidak menyangka dengan sokongan dan penghargaan yang ditunjukkan oleh kebanyakan pelanggan mereka berhubung kempen yang disertai oleh masyarakat di seluruh dunia.

"Permintaan memuncak begitu cepat pada pukul 9.30 malam mengikut pola permintaan yang biasa pada petang Sabtu," katanya. - BERNAMA

Khairy actually won, what the hell happened? This is bad. People will lose faith in UMNO. Najib and Muhyiddin have lots of things to do now to win the next general election.

I Got A New HOT Girl

I think you guys know the feeling of having the same girl for too long. Boring right??

Imagine when u are married to a woman and going to live and grow old with the same woman. That's really sucks.

Man will always be man, they can't live with only one woman in their life. No matter how sincere or honest a man is, they will still want to have another girl in their life.

Well.. I confess that I can't live with only one girl too. You can call me a dishonest guy or whatsoever you want to call me, I just want more of them. Many months back I told my wife that I need someone else in my life ( yes I'm married, too bad for my girl's readers ), what surprised me was that she agreed that I can have someone else beside her on a condition that I must take good care of both of them ( very sporting wife ). I just can't be happier to hear that.

After months of waiting for a girl to appear in my life, apparently two days ago my wish came true. Here's my new HOT girl, Irdina Jasmine

My American Idols

The new season of American Idol had just started. Amongst the 13 contestants I have 3 of them as my favourites. In fact they are my idols at this stage of the competition. Here they are...


Adam Lambert. First of all I am NOT gay. Heard that he's a gay and I'm totally fine about it. I just think that he can really sing after he sang the Micheal Jackson song. In fact I think he's going to go all the way till the end on American Idol.

My second idol ....



Alexis Grace is my idol because she can sing ( not as good as Adam ) and the best part is she just damn F@#king cute ! She doesn't have to sing good to be my idol, she just got to be a beauty as she is now to be everyone's idol.

Anoop the Indian Guy. Well.. I am just surprised to see an Indian guy in American Idol and not in a yellow cab driving people around in the streets of New York. Lolz... anyway you deserved a credit Anoop just be able to get into the American Idol.

This is a reply to Mr A who just left a message in the chatbox in my blog saying that i am unable to write in Bahasa Melayu. To prove that he is wrong then this is a reply in Bahasa Melayu to Mr A.

Terima kasih kerana meninggalkan pesanan atau `message' di dalam `chatbox' saya. Untuk melabelkan saya sebagai tidak mampu menulis di dalam bahasa Melayu hanya kerana blog saya ditulis dalam bahasa Inggeris adalah tidak berasas tanpa menanya saya terlebih dahulu.

1. Tujuan saya menulis didalam bahasa Inggeris di dalam blog ini kerana saya mahu ia menjadi blog yang boleh difahami oleh semua bangsa di seluruh dunia, termasuk juga bangsa Melayu yang memahami bahasa Inggeris.

2. Seperti juga buku, ada sesetengah buku ditulis dalam bahasa Inggeris kerana ia mahu difahami dalam bahasa Inggeris. Jika ditulis dalam bahasa Melayu kerana mahu difahami di dalam bahasa Melayu. Samalah juga dengan blog saya ini.

3. Tidak mungkin ada bangsa Melayu yang tinggal di bumi Malaysia ini tidak tahu menulis atau sekurang-kurangnya bercakap didalam bahasa Melayu jika ibubapanya Melayu. Setinggi mana pun seseorang itu belajar di dalam Bahasa Inggeris dia tetap akan boleh bercakap didalam bahasa Melayu. Dia akan tetap menjadi orang Melayu melainkan dia sendiri yang tak nak jadi orang Melayu.

Dengan `post' yang ditulis dalam bahasa Melayu ini sudah membuktikan yang tanggapan Mr A terhadap saya adalah salah sama sekali.

With this post written in Bahasa Melayu shows that I can write in both languages and Mr A is wrong about me.

p/s : kepada semua diluar sana, belajarlah bahasa asing kerana ia adalah satu kelebihan, jangan hadkan diri anda.

English Or Bahasa Melayu ( PPSMI )

Very simple, the more language you can speak, the more advantage you will have in anything. I know that since I can speak a few languages.

Malays will always be Malays no matter what language they learn or speak, so does the Chinese, Indians, Kadazans, Ibans or Mat Salleh.

Imagine if you are a very clever in Mathematics or Science but only in Bahasa Melayu, then when you go to college or university and they are in English, then you need to learn everything all over again because you don't understand the terms in English. Wouldn't it be a waste of time??

Nothing to lose people, believe that.

First Face To Face Rendezvous With Mo Siang Friends

All of us have known each other for quite sometime but never met in real life, just virtual life online in Mo Siang. On the 3rd March 2009 we finally met each other in Vegas Karaoke in Butterworth, Penang.

How To Bring More Traffic To Your Blog

Creating a blog is easy for everyone but to bring traffic to your blog is very the difficult. I have tried bringing traffic the conventional way by telling friend to visit my blog. It works but very slow.

Slumdog Millionaire

I never really fancy Indian movies all this long because to me they are almost the same. Mostly about love stories between a poor man from a village and a girl from a rich family. The father of the girl is a very bad man and will do anything to keep her daughter away from this poor man.

The poor man will fight till the end for the sake of love and eventually won and live happily ever after. The end...

But, Slumdog Millionaire is very different, maybe it's because the touch of a British director or just maybe it plays by the all new non famous Indian casts. Anyway I just can't help to notice that it has won many Oscars in Hollywood from the newspaper so I decided to watch it.

It is about a slumdog who has reached the level that no one had before in the famous `Who Wants To Be A Millionaire' tv show and some people just don't want to accept that a boy from a slump can go that far. Maybe that's the way it is in India, the poor shouldn't be rich. You guys can watch it to know what happen next and below are some photos of it...
